Development Associate -
Responsibilities:
- Perform all duties related to the intake of charitable contributions and gift documentation
- Ensure timely acknowledgment of all charitable gifts
- Maintain donor and volunteer records in database
- Function as office receptionist, answering phones, directing callers seeking help to appropriate resources, sorting mail, & greeting guests
- Provide direct support to the Director of Development, Development Coordinator, and Director of Grant Funding in the compiling and submission of private grant proposals and government grants
- Provide clerical, administrative, and operational support to the Director of Communications for events and special projects
- Process automobile donations and burial assistance calls
- Coordinate and support meetings associated with the development office
- Order and maintain office supplies
Qualifications:
- Associates degree required, BA/BS preferred
- A minimum of one year experience in a professional office environment. Development office experience preferred
- Computer proficiency, including competencies in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, & performing mail merges
- Ability to master donor management software to include, running multiple criteria filters, running batch reports, sorting names by a defined group, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to independently handle multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines

Teacher -

• Manage class of 15-20 children ranging in ages of three to five years old.
• Perform large, small and one on one lessons to preschool children.
• Conduct student observations and make any necessary referrals.
• Take lead of classroom and provide Teacher Assistant the opportunity to assist and develop skills where needed.
• Implement Creative Curriculum and Second Step.
• Conduct a minimum of two home visits per program year.
• Uphold the standards of St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore
• Welcome volunteers to the classroom and provide positive experiences.
• Assist in engaging family members to participate in classroom activities.
Qualifications:
• AA/ECE or equivalent number of credits towards an ECE in a 4 year college or;
• AA/ECE + 30 additional college credits towards BA/ECE or equivalent number of credits towards BA/ECE in a 4 year college or;
• BA in Elementary Ed or related field, must pursue ECE Certification or;
• BA in related field/and minimum of 15 credits towards ECE-(BA/MA/Certification) or;
• BA in ECE, BA in related field with current State Certification in Early Childhood Education or; MA in ECE.

We are seeking an ambitious, energetic business manager to develop and operate a new catering business providing fresh and nutritious daily meals to programs serving pre-school and school-age children. The position is responsible for overall day to day operations, for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and quality standards and for meeting financial objectives for the business.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall operation of the catering business including menu planning, scheduling, vendor relations, and customer service. The business manager will also:
- Maintain financial records reflecting food costs;
- Develop & implement marketing plan for the enterprise and seek new business;
- Hire, train and manage staff;
- Ensure facility is maintained to high standards.
Qualifications:
Degree in Culinary Arts with experience in business, or a degree in business with culinary experience (catering experience preferred). Must be computer literate, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and have experience in customer service, team building, planning, and organization. Must hold a current food service handler certification.
